Lindley Habilitation Services is a Community Alternative Program of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (CAP ID/DD) provider. We provide services to our clients and families in the following counties of North Carolina:

Triangle:

Wake, Durham, Johnston

Coastal:

Pender, New Hanover, Brunswick
