		Starr is the HR Director of Hiring for the Triad and Triangle locations. She conducts new Hire Packets and tracks all new staff through the training process. She oversees the Interview Coordinator and works closely with the Coverage Director.

		I serve as the Clinical Director for our Triangle region. As a Clinical Director I oversee all daily clinical functions for the region and ensure that our families and staff are being supported. I am also a clinical supervisor for several families in both the Triangle and Triad regions. I assist with completing intakes and conducting orientation trainings for the Triangle region.
