Starr is the HR Director of Hiring for
the Triad and Triangle locations. She
conducts new Hire Packets and tracks all
new staff through the training process.
She oversees the Interview Coordinator

Emily Carlton - Clinical Supervisor

I serve as the Clinical Director for our Triangle region. As a Clinical Director I oversee all daily clinical functions for the region and ensure that our families and staff are being supported. I am also a clinical supervisor for several families in both the Triangle and Triad regions. I assist with completing intakes and conducting orientation trainings for the Triangle region. I am a Clinical Supervisor at Lindley Habilitation. Some of my duties include supervising staff, monitoring progress of goals of consumers, communicating and meeting with families, case managers, guardians, etc to meet individual needs. I started with Lindley part-time back in April of 2009, and joined the team full time in November 2009. I look forward to meeting and working with you.

I am a Clinical Supervisor. I also teach orientation for new staff and serve as an intake specialist for new consumers coming to Lindley. I am also a family trainer and enjoy working directly with families and consumers in these various capacities.

I have been w/ Lindley Habilitation since Dec of 04. I was hired as a Hab Tech and worked w/ various clients till August of 07. At that time I was hired as a Clinical Supervisor. I graduated from Forsyth Tech w/ associate in arts degree and then transferred to Winston Salem State where I graduated w/ Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation w/ a Minor in Psychology In May of 07.

I have been a clinical supervisor/qualified professional here at Lindley since 2007. I am a caring individual and will do what I can to serve my families to the fullest.

I have been a Clinical Supervisor since 2008 but I have been a direct care staff since 2006. I help the families with staffing and overseeing the staff to make sure they are implementing the goals accordingly. I am here to give and receive feedback in regards to the consumers’ well being, staff concerns and other issues that may occur. I look forward to meeting new and old LHS staff.
