Inclement Weather Policy - Revised Feb. 2007
Our policy is that trainings will be canceled at the descretion of the CEO. We will make every effort not to cancel class due to inclement weather. Since we offer so many trainings in a month, a make up class only be scheduled, if deemed necessary. On days when classes are cancelled there will be a message on Barrett Carraway's voicemail by 8am the day of the training. The number is 336-259-4113.
For weekend trainings, a decision will be made by 8pm the night before the scheduled training if it will be canceled. Staff will need to call our on-call person to see if the training has been cancelled. That number is 336-339-1553. With any training, if staff cannot attend due to dangerous roads in their area please stay home and safe. You will need to call the office to notify us that you will not be in training. We want you to stay safe, please make that a top priority.

All trainings are held at 4249 Piedmont Pkwy, Ste 103.
If you do not preregister there is a chance you will be turned away at the training. Please give 48 hours notice if you will be unable to attend training, failure to do so will result in you being considered a no show. Continuous no shows and late cancellations will result in administrative action. All training calendars are subject to change.
