Company Profile

Lindley Habilitation Services began in 1998 with the vision of providing exceptional service to the CAP MR/DD community. We began with one staff one client and contracting QDDP services. Since then Lindley Habilitation Services has blossomed to serve clients in over 8 counties.

Even though our agency has grown, we have managed to keep the same philosophy and vision of providing exceptional services to exceptional people. Through our unique hiring and training programs we have managed to maintain our high standards and relationships with families and staff.

We believe in order to provide exceptional service, you must hire qualified trainable staff. We seek to care for and support our staff as they do their job.

Here are some of the ways we do so:
Hands on Training: Once a new staff has been matched with a client; they will be trained by the primary staff 3 - 6 hours. During the training the trainee is evaluated by the trainer and family for their ability to do direct care. Once the training is complete the staff is eligible to do fill-in or begin working with the client as a permanent case. Lindley Habilitation Services pays competitive wages for Home and Community Services, Personal Care, Respite, Supported Empoyment, and Crisis Stabilization, and Individual Caregiver Training.

In addition, the following incentives are offered as well:
On sight supervisions: monthly supervisions from the assigned QP and as needed or requested by staff and/or family.

Training provided for:
First AID,CPR, NCI, Person Centered Planning, OSHA, Agency Policies, and on-sight individual training for each client's needs.

Insurance and Vacation:
staff working 40 hours a week.  We also provide FirstAid/CPR and NCI training to other agencies.
