Shane has done an outstanding job with his consumer and it is obvious that he really cares about his position as a Hab tech. He has been able to motivate his consumer and he has a great way of helping his consumer keep an open mind. Shane is also willing to step up and help out whenever he can! |

Sherry has been employed with us for several years now. She goes above and beyond when caring for her consumer and always has her heart invested. Sherry is always reliable and exceeds expectations when caring for her consumer. She does an excellent job with communicating the needs of her consumer as well as the needs of the family. We appreciate all of her hard work and are glad she is apart of the Lindley Team! |
February 2010/ Sean McMillan

Sean has been with us for over a year and within that time he has quickly became one of our most outstanding employees. He consistently follows company policies, rarely takes time off. Although Sean has recently come off of his case to move on to a full-time management position with a large corporation, he insists on staying on his consumer's back up team to help out. Sean has had outstanding progress his consumer who was able to attain while Sean was his main habilitation technician. Sean often brought his consumer to the office for activities and socialization and consistently encouraged his consumer to interact with the office staff and those around him. At the end of Sean's time, his consumer was smiling, giving direct eye contact and even saying goodbye to everyone when leaving the office. His quiet manner and great sense of humor has been so appreciated by the office staff and we look forward to seeing him whenever he come in. |
January 2010/ Chris French

Chris has been a habilitation technician for many years and brought his vast experience to Lindley last year. Without hesitation, Chris has began working with one of our more challenging consumers and made such a positive impression on the family and consumer that he is now working with Monday through Friday and every other weekend. Chris has been extremely consistent and has never missed a scheduled shift, stays in close communication with the family and his supervisor and always has a positive attitude and smile when coming into the office. |
