Exceptional Services for Exceptional People

Direct Care Private Pay Services

About us

Since our founding in 1998 , LHS has served the Medicaid community by providing direct care services to persons with Developmental disabilities.  We are now expanding our services to serve the entire community who may have needs which we can meet through our trained staff and expertise.

For Families: Private Pay Direct Care Services

Lindley Habilitation provides private pay in home services for families with specific care needs for their children. Exceptional Services for Exceptional people extends to those individuals who have special physical, mental, behavioral, and medical needs as well as to those who do not. Our agency can develop an individualized plan to meet the specific needs of your child.  Our Direct Care staff will address the goals in the plan to help your child achieve the highest level of success possible.  Our Direct Care staff will be supervised on site based on your contract agreement.  Each Direct care staff will also be responsible for collecting data on your child's progress.  This data will be analyzed by our agency supervisor to determine additional needs as well as in recognizing accomplishments.

Private pay services are based on a sliding scale.  Please contact us and let us know how we may serve you.

For Agencies: Contract Staffing and Consulting Services

LHS contracts with private and public agencies, schools, churches, etc. to provide support with staffing, training, consulting, and other clinical oversight needs for persons with special needs. LHS can provide your organization with qualified well trained staff which will be supervised by a Qualified Professional.  All staff are trained in CPR/First Aid, NCI, Bloodborne Pathogens, CAP Core Competencies, and Person Centered Thinking.  We can work with your agency to develop a plan for your staffing needs to support the individuals you serve. By contracting with LHS to provide your staff, your organization will save money on hiring, training, worker’s comp insurance, benefits for employees, administrative costs of oversight, HR, payroll, etc.  Your agency will be billed for the amount of hours the staff work, the number of on site supervisions as agreed upon in the contract, plus a small administrative fee.
