Program Implementation Lindley Educational Services will work collaboratively with your school to identify the most qualified staff to meet your program needs with the following steps... Step 1: One of our highliy qualified program directors will observe your current program to assess staffing needs and program details. Step 2: Once a staff is identified by our agency your program administrators will have a chance to interview and choose the best candidate for your needs. Step 3: Chosen staff will then go through extensive professional development based on a curriculum tailor made from your school/program. |
Professional Development Lindley Educational Services will provide effective professional development tailored to meet your school's program needs. Our certified program directors will create a manual and professional development training based on the information provided by your school. This requires collaboration with school administrators and our agency to create an effective and informative training which will ensure a smooth transition into your program. |
Program Supervision Supervision is key to ensure effective program oversight. Informal supervisions will be scheduled regularly. Formal observations will be completed quarterly. Communication with school, staff and agency will be continuous. |
