CAP - This is another opportunity to comment on proposed changes to CAP [a new waiver must be in place by November 1st, and the Department is attempting to make the current CAP Waiver more consistent with the Innovations Waiver under the new Managed Care Plan]. Comments are due on August 12th. Many proposed changes are quite significant and will have a serious impact on the lives of people with developmental disabilities
