Lindley Habilitation Services began as a Medicaid CAP/MR-DD provider serving individuals in the Piedmont Triad area in 1998. Since then we have grown to include serving those the Triangle and Wilmington areas.

Training Services

We have expanded to provide trainings to outside agencies. Your staff can be sent to trainings held at our facilities in Greensboro or Wilmington, NC or these Medicaid required trainings can be provided in your facility.
