Starting January 1, 2012 the CAP\IDD Waiver will begin with the following rule changes. 

• Removal of Home Supports service
• 20 Hours / Week of HC for those in School
• 129 Hours / Month of HC Maximum

We will keep you updated as we are informed of the date of the waiver implementation.
